Rahul Gandhi: नेशनल हेराल्ड केस (National Herald Case) में राहुल गांधी (Rahul Gandhi) और सोनिया गांधी (Sonia Gandhi) पर चार्जशीट (Rahul Sonia Chargsheet) दाखिल की गई है. जिसके बाद राज्यसभा सांसद कपिल सिब्बल (Kapil Sibal) भड़क उठे हैं. उन्होने कहा है कि 2014 से कानून का दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है. अगर ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो लोकतंत्र का आधार ही नष्ट हो जाएगा. आज वे चार्जशीट क्यों कर रहे हैं? एजीएल या कंपनी ने कोई शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की है. बीजेपी की मंशा कांग्रेस के लोगों और एक खास परिवार को फंसाने की है. जांच के लिए ईडी (EC) भेजना, दूसरे राज्यों में सिविल सेवकों को धमकाना. देश में और भी बहुत सारे मुद्दे हैं, लेकिन उन पर बात नहीं होती. उन्हें गांधी परिवार से क्या दिक्कत है.
